**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Sales Manager to join our client, a leading company in their field, as they continue to grow and expand their operations in London. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for building upon this already successful operation and taking full ownership of business development, account management, and new business.

**About the Role:**

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven sales leader to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will have full responsibility for all areas of sales, including the team, processes, and ongoing growth and development. With several business units, including supply & installation, service, events, and seasonal, there is a wide range of opportunities for expansion and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Building and leading a capable sales team to drive business growth and success.
  • Managing and developing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Setting targets and leading a team to achieve them, with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
  • Experience gained within a service-based industry (customer-focused) and management of sales support technology (CRM etc.).

**What We Offer:**

An estimated salary of £75,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus, pension scheme, and other benefits.
