Aerospace Business Development Director

At Gilbert Meher, we are seeking an experienced Aerospace Business Development Director to lead our sales team in London. As a dynamic and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxury apartment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales, with strong negotiation and commercial acumen. They will also possess excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis, as well as proficiency in CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead allocation and management of the sales process
- Quality check and 'police' overdue activities
- Ensure reservation forms are completed correctly, signed and monies received
- Support Client Associates with sales planning for prospects in the active funnel
- Collate, report and interpret key performance metrics
- Co-ordinate micro-events and marketing initiatives
- Manage post-reservation relationships through to exchange
- Load reservations onto AirTable
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
