We are searching for a skilled and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in the Morriston area. As a Care Assistant, you will deliver outstanding care and support to our residents, enhancing their physical and emotional well-being.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with a Registered Nurse to ensure the highest standard of care and support for our residents.
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Foster a supportive environment that prioritizes resident dignity and autonomy.
  • Take ownership of safeguarding and reporting any concerns related to abuse, harm, or neglect.
