About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Kendall Poole Consulting Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through new business development and key account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a strong understanding of the power equipment and PPE industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites and attend sales meetings as needed
