The role of a Community Carer with Premier Community offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and their families in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. As a Home Care Professional, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes, helping them meet their desired outcomes from our services. This may include assisting with personal care, such as washing and showering, cooking and serving meals, administering medications, and supporting with daily living activities.

You will also have the opportunity to work with our digital care planning system, recording visits live and ensuring that those you care for receive efficient support. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £14.40ph to £16.00ph contact time, with access to 50% of your pay as soon as you have booked off through our app. You will also receive contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings, travel expenses paid at 30p per mile, and 5.6 fully paid weeks' holiday.
