We are seeking an experienced Community Care Professional to join our team at Premier Community. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to clients in their own homes.

The role involves visiting clients regularly, helping them meet their desired outcomes from our services, and assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, showering, cooking, and serving meals. You will also be required to record visits live using our digital care planning system.

With a competitive hourly rate of £13.00ph to £14.95ph, you can expect a fulfilling career with opportunities for growth and development. Our comprehensive benefits package includes pay on demand, contracted hours for guaranteed minimum earnings, travel expenses paid 30p per mile, 5.6 fully paid weeks holiday, company pension, work devices built to deliver care through live digital care plans, live dedicated support, systemised minimum wage protection, localised PPE van drop offs, and fully funded qualifications in Health Social Care.
