Job Description

As a key member of the Michael Page (UK) team, we are seeking an experienced ED&I Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing ED&I strategies across the organization, fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity, and collaborating with HR and senior management to integrate ED&I into all practices.

  • Develop and implement ED&I strategies to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate ED&I into all practices
  • Design and deliver ED&I training to staff at all levels
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of ED&I initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
  • Represent the company at external events and forums
  • Manage ED&I related projects as required
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ED&I Manager who has a solid understanding of ED&I principles and legislation. The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing ED&I strategies, excellent project management skills, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

What's on Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per year, flexible/hybrid working 1-2 days a week in the office, car allowance benefit, private health coverage, and up to 10% bonus.
