Job Description

This role involves leading the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the Church of England's diocese in West Yorkshire and the Dales. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a focus on creating contextually appropriate training pathways.

The successful candidate will play an influential role in advancing racial justice within the diocese, working closely with the Ministry and Mission Team to support churches and schools across diverse urban and rural contexts.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and combining big picture thinking with practical implementation. A commitment to racial justice and sensitivity when working across cultural diversity is essential.
