We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Manager at Drumfork Community Centre, a vibrant hub for the Armed Forces community and the wider community. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the centre, its grounds, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the use of the centre by third-party organizations, including opening and closing the facility during and outside of normal working hours, as required.
- Manage cash handling and oversee health and safety on site.
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure the centre operates effectively and efficiently.
- Support the Centre Manager in managing relationships with the Armed Forces community, customers, hirers, visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the management team to shape and lead a program of activities for the Armed Forces and wider community.
- Ensure the building and premises are made safely available for use.
- Administer the bookings diary, including taking payments for room bookings.
- Receive cash and process payments for goods or services.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to effectively manage and prioritize your own workload.
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
