About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a wide-scale transformation of Royal Navy Training, working closely with the Royal Navy and various National Authorities and Agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Apprenticeship Programme delivery and support for learners through their Apprenticeship programmes
  • Conduct learner progress reviews at operational units
  • Work closely with the Royal Navy and National Authorities and Agencies to ensure consistent and compliant quality assured Apprenticeship delivery output
  • Maintain Apprenticeship documentation to meet standard requirements
  • Monitor, identify, and produce appropriate training documentation to uphold centre quality assurance standards
Requirements
  • Previous Military experience, preferably in the Submarine Service
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Any training experience would be an advantage
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
