About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a wide-scale transformation of Royal Navy Training, a 12-year project worth GBP 1 billion.

As an Apprentice Support Coordinator, you will provide support, guidance, and quality assurance practices for all branches of the Royal Navy, especially the Submarine Service, for Apprenticeship Learners progressing through their Apprenticeship Programmes (AP) in the Naval Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and support Apprenticeship Programme delivery for learners through their Apprenticeship programmes
  • Conduct learner progress reviews at operational units
  • Work closely with the Royal Navy and various National Authorities and Agencies to ensure consistent and compliant quality assured Apprenticeship delivery output
  • Maintain Apprenticeship documentation to meet standard requirements
  • Monitor, identify, and produce appropriate training documentation to uphold centre quality assurance standards
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an individual with previous Military experience, preferably in the Submarine Service. You should have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to deadlines. You should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Any training experience would be an advantage, and you should have good Microsoft Office skills. You must be able to obtain Security Clearance.
