Key Responsibilities

In this challenging and rewarding role as a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for various tasks that require strong analytical and organizational skills. Some of your key responsibilities will include handling a large volume of third-party creditor invoices, conducting thorough reconciliations of creditor statements, and assisting in processing supplier payments and preparing statutory returns.

You will also be required to generate and distribute timely financial reports, provide administrative support to the Group Finance Accounts Team, and manage their inbox. In addition, you will perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts, post journal entries to the general ledger, and complete accurate bank reconciliations.

This position requires 2+ years of experience working in a finance department, expertise in Sage and Microsoft Excel, and exceptional communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
