Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Neighbourhood Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our neighbourhoods team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Neighbourhood Managers
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Neighbourhoods team, ensuring an efficient and effective service to our customers.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with our heating and electrical servicing activity, communicating with customers and contractors, and following relevant processes and protocols.
  • Assisting with invoicing and contract management to ensure financial compliance.
  • Supporting our procurement processes, ensuring value for money.
  • Taking an active role in the day-to-day running of our office spaces and facilities.
  • Taking ownership of communal access, key management, and garage enquiries.

Requirements

  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of software such as word and excel.
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to independently achieve deadlines.
  • Ability to handle information, securely, timely and accurately, including producing clear written reports, letters and minutes.
  • Strong customer-focused approach both externally and internally.
  • Commitment to working as part of our team.
  • Motivated, adaptable, determined, and able to work on your own initiative to resolve problems and achieve positive solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Resilience.
