About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Neighbourhood Assistant to join our team at Acis Group. As a key member of our neighbourhoods team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the neighbourhood managers and wider team, ensuring an efficient and effective service to our customers.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with heating and electrical servicing activity, communicating with customers and contractors, and following relevant processes and protocols.
  • Support our procurement processes, ensuring value for money and effective contract management.
  • Take an active role in the day-to-day running of our office spaces and facilities, including communal access, key management, and garage enquiries.
Requirements
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of software such as word and excel.
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to independently achieve deadlines.
  • Ability to handle information securely, timely, and accurately, including producing clear written reports, letters, and minutes.
  • Strong customer-focused approach both externally and internally.
  • Commitment to working as part of our team.
  • Motivated, adaptable, determined, and able to work on your own initiative to resolve problems and achieve positive solutions.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.
