**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Housing Voids team at Sheffield City Council. As a Neighbourhood Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and financial support to our team, ensuring the effective management of vacant properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and adapting your approach to meet their needs.
  • Input, maintain, and provide data using computerized and manual systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and produce high-quality documents using a range of IT applications, supporting the Housing Voids team with void management.
  • Maintain financial recording systems, processing orders and invoices through established IT systems, including reviewing and making payments for void property utilities.
  • Provide effective diary management, booking customer appointments and preparing paperwork for pre-quit and pre-transfer inspections, accompanied viewings, sign-ups, and associated work to ensure effective void management.
