Job Title: Neighbourhood Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Housing Voids team at Sheffield City Council.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and adapting communication methods to meet their needs.
  • Input, maintain, and provide data using computerised and manual systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and produce high-quality documents using a range of IT applications, supporting the Housing Voids team and void management.
  • Maintain financial recording systems, process orders and invoices, and review payments for void property utilities.
  • Provide effective diary management, book customer appointments, and prepare paperwork for pre-quit and pre-transfer inspections, accompanied viewings, and sign-ups.
