Compensation Package

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 50% office/home hybrid working policy, free onsite parking, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accounts Assistant apprentice and play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. As an apprentice, you will assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports, support statutory reporting and legal entity processes, and help ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
  • Support statutory reporting and legal entity processes.
  • Help ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Requirements
  1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Some experience in accounting or finance (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
  3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with statutory and legal entity reporting is an advantage.
