About the Role:

TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join their Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client queries, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance for smooth housing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service by serving as the first point of contact for client enquiries.
  • Support Conveyancers with administrative tasks, including drafting confirmation letters and updating records.
  • Assist with Anti Money Laundering Regulations and client telephone enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in property transactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency.
