About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Document Content Specialist to join our team in Bristol.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and amending correspondence, attachments and complex documents such as reports, deeds and agreements.

Key responsibilities include creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, transcribing large volumes of dictations quickly and accurately, converting PDFs via conversion software or by copy typing and editing, applying house style to non-TLT or converted PDF documents and troubleshooting and providing technical advice.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a legal or professional services environment and possess sound knowledge of the MS Office suite including Word and Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Producing and amending correspondence, attachments and complex documents such as reports, deeds and agreements
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations
  • Transcribing large volumes of dictations quickly and accurately
  • Converting PDFs via conversion software or by copy typing and editing
  • Applying house style to non-TLT or converted PDF documents

Requirements
  • Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment

The salary range for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday (which increases to 30 days based upon length of service) and private medical insurance.
