Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Culina Logistics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service performance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
