Sales and Administrative Coordinator Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales and Delivery Teams at Kemp Recruitment Ltd. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ordering, importation, and delivery of special vehicles from Holland and other suppliers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Internal Teams: Assist Senior Delivery Co-Ordinator, Delivery Co-Ordinators, and Area Sales Managers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries via phone/email, escalate when necessary.
  • Supplier Liaison: Manage vehicle order processing, purchase orders, and tracking shipments.
  • Work in Progress (WIP) Management: Investigate and complete jobs, meet departmental KPIs, escalate issues.
  • Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports, including delivery schedules.
  • Delivery Schedule Monitoring: Update and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records across systems (LIST, VPS, Super Office).
  • Stock Management: Support stock-checks for vehicles and equipment on-site.


Requirements:
  • Strong customer service, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
