Executive Support Professional

The Executive Support Professional will provide high-level administrative support to the project team and department at Randstad. This role involves ensuring smooth department operations, assisting colleagues and executives with planning and distributing information, and liaising with internal departments, the public, and consultants and contractors on project works.
Key responsibilities include managing daily/weekly/monthly agendas, arranging meetings and appointments, and taking minutes of meetings. In addition, you may be required to perform occasional receptionist duties and ad-hoc admin projects/duties as needed.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. You should possess strong IT, document management, and MS Office skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Real estate industry experience is desirable.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
