About the Role:

This temporary position, available until no later than 31 March, offers an exciting opportunity for a Modern Apprentice to join our Business Service team. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in business administration while working on various projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team in Economic Development with business administration
  • Support data analysis, improve digital processes, create social media campaigns
  • Assist the Skills and Employability Team with the delivery of Scottish Governments employability programmes

Requirements:

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold at least three National 4 Grades, including Mathematics and English or equivalent qualification; or relevant office experience
  • Have good oral communication skills
  • Be able to understand and follow instructions
  • Be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • Be able to work to deadlines and produce accurate work
  • Be committed to own personal development
