Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Operations Expert to lead our CBM Programs in Forfar. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to drive operational efficiency, and a keen focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Manage program resources effectively, assigning team members based on project scope, competency, and criticality.
  • Analyze program KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain standardized documentation and procedures to ensure effective program planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize planning, execution, and customer experience.
  • Monitor program financials, forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual outcomes, and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to communication policies, document handling, and project timelines, with a focus on meeting critical path activities.
  • Oversee training and competency programs, setting and tracking goals for team development.
  • Engage with clients through on-site visits, fostering strong relationships and improving service delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards in alignment with ISO 9001 and utilize project management systems for operational tracking and reporting.
Requirements:

Essential:
  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong understanding of project methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in financial management, forecasting, and project financial analysis.
  • Experience managing major OEM customer maintenance programs and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
Desirable:
  • Technical knowledge of NOV drilling, marine construction, or pressure control equipment.
  • Oil & gas industry experience and familiarity with industry standards (e.g. API).
  • Knowledge of NOV systems is an advantage.
What We Offer:

Compensation Package: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
