MacGregor Spare Parts Team Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advocate to serve as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about spare parts for MacGregor products. You'll be responsible for managing and processing orders, addressing customer questions and concerns, and proactively communicating with customers about the status of their orders.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about spare parts for MacGregor products
- Manage and process orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Address customer questions, concerns, and issues related to orders, delivery schedules, and product availability
- Proactively communicate with customers about the status of their orders and provide updates as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer-related issues

- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field, ideally within the maritime, industrial, or logistics sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations
