Job Title: Service Management Team Lead

STERIS is a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention. We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Team Lead to join our team in Leicester, UK.

About the Role

The Service Management Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient practices for decontamination, instrument assembly, and sterilization of instruments, consumables, and equipment within predefined quality standards. This role will also involve providing direct and effective supervision to ensure timely delivery of clean and/or sterile instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and record all department quality assurance records in accordance with the QMS.
  • Participate as an integral member of the management team and actively contribute to suggestions of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices.
  • Assist and support the Production Manager in the planning and operational process.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Educated to a good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
