Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre. As a key member of our Divisional Administration Team, you will provide comprehensive administration support services, including managing Subject Access Requests, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Subject Access Requests process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the Divisional team, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including email distribution lists, car registration lists, and telephone number lists
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external courses, conferences, and meetings, including processing study leave applications and arranging refreshments
  • Provide effective diary management, ensuring accurate and timely recording of commitments
  • Actively contribute to the development and delivery of local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
