About the Role:

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our client's team in the Southampton, Hampshire area. This permanent position offers a comprehensive HR administration service and a range of benefits.

The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, including:

  1. Administering starter/leaver processes, including contract issuance and updates.
  2. Maintaining and updating individual employee records within the HR system.
  3. Managing the HR mailbox and responding to all general inquiries.
  4. Assisting with probation reviews and tracking progress.
  5. Providing regular HR reporting and data management through Excel.
  6. Coordinating interview schedules and managing wellbeing initiatives.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers hybrid working arrangements and an excellent working culture.
