Job Description

In this HR Generalist role at Humankind Global Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in HR operations, talent management, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating hiring processes, and administering recruitment activities, including preparing new employee files and maintaining accurate data reporting.
  • Administering employee benefits, educating employees on the scope of benefits, setting up benefits for new employees and their dependents, and communicating with benefits providers.
  • Executing monthly payroll processes, reviewing invoices, and processing adjustments, while also coaching and supporting managers with internal policy application.
  • Fostering employee relations, improving relations between employees and management, and maintaining a fluid communication channel with all employees to gather feedback and enable action planning for improving engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy, including a strong eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, excellent written and communication skills, and adaptability to change, with a high degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current Employment Law and HR-related legislation, with a driven attitude to continually improve HR operations.

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
