As a Part Time HR Administrator at Executive Talent, you will play a vital role in supporting our continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will maintain and update our HR system, provide generalist HR advice, manage recruitment and benefits administration, contracts and policy administration, monthly payroll submission, and support the Management team with ad hoc project work.

Key Tasks:
  • Maintain and update our HR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Offer sound generalist HR advice using your employment law knowledge to support business decisions
  • Manage recruitment processes, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and compliance
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Manage contracts and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Submit monthly payroll submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the Management team with ad hoc project work, utilizing your expertise to drive business success

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
