About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Slaughter and May in London. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for trainee solicitors. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You must have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the online application system, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with candidates. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of interviews, including liaising with partners and associates, arranging meeting rooms, and creating calendar invites. You will also support the administration of marketing campaigns, university prizes, and recruitment events.
\
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree or equivalent experience in a professional services environment. A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages is essential, particularly Word and Excel. You must also be comfortable working as part of a team and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
