Warehouse Administrator Job Description

Osborne Appointments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick Processing: Run customer orders off the system as operational picks and log within internal tracker.
  • Customer Service: Work with other departments to coordinate customer requirements for deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is allocated correctly.
  • Despatch and Labeling: Ensure orders are despatched and labels are printed for pick completion.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Methodical and reliable approach to all work.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, wearing PPE and working at a desk. You will be expected to be flexible and work additional hours and/or weekends during busy periods.
