We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uniting People, a leading business in the financial services industry. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and resolving outstanding debt issues.
This is a full-time and permanent position, offering opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers to discuss their outstanding debt and explore possible solutions.
- Update customer information using our system and assess their affordability to set up payment plans.
- Process payments and provide exceptional customer service to meet our high standards.
- Work towards targets and contribute to the success of our team.

Shift Pattern:

£23,000, increasing to £23,500 after 6 months, plus bonus (pro rata).
