At Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stoke, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Booking and managing service appointments, MOTs, and repair work for our customers
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to coordinate appointments and schedules
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our systems accordingly
Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems is advantageous. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.
