At Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stoke, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Responsibilities

  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories that benefit the customer
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to organize and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
  • Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the service process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems when bookings are made

Requirements

We're looking for a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer experiences. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You'll be a great team player, able to work independently and use your initiative to achieve results.
