About the Role
Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stoke is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers, advising them on warranty cover and upselling additional parts and accessories, and liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication throughout the time when a customer's car is in the workshop
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the systems when any bookings have been made
- Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and team to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and the capacity to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You will be a great team player, able to work independently using your own initiative, and have a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
