Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stoke. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering a first-class customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and manage customer appointments, services, and repair work
  • Advise customers on warranty cover and upsell additional parts and accessories
  • Liaise with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Manage customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and appointment updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update systems as necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and explain technical information clearly
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of dealer systems, including Kerridge/ADP
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
