Community Support and Housing Coordinator

As a Community Support and Housing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive resettlement service to refugees in Flintshire and Wrexham.
You will work collaboratively with local authorities, health services, and education providers to ensure timely support services are provided.
The post holder will be responsible for managing equipment, data security, and ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO FACILITATE EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION.
- DELIVER SUPPORT SERVICES EFFICIENTLY AND PROMPTLY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF REFUGEES.
- ENSURE DATA SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH GDPR REGULATIONS.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refugee resettlement schemes and be familiar with local authority procedures.
A mobile phone will be provided for work purposes.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
