Job Title:

A Housing Officer role is available with CIH International Housing Group, managing the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the North West of England.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, with an average on-call rota every 10 weeks.

You will be required to have a valid UK driving license for this role and will be provided with a company car.

Duties:
  • Complete monthly inspections of all properties within your allocated portfolio in accordance with the AASC Contract and property standards guide.
  • Manage on-boarding and withdrawal of properties within your allocated portfolio in accordance with the Housing Officer Local Operating Procedures (LOP).
  • Complete minor property repairs within your scope, enabled by training, experience, and the toolkit and spares provided.
  • Respond to customer complaints.
Requirements:

Criminal Record Bureau checks are required for this role, and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated salary range for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
