About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Management Professional to join our team at Pertemps Network Catering. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our residential facility.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operate within budget parameters to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive commercial growth and revenue increase.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business results.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality and leisure operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

**What We Offer:**

  • Attractive salary package: £27k-£29k per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm).
