Systems Administrator and Data Specialist

Job PurposeWe're seeking a skilled Systems Admin & Data Specialist to join our HR team at Cadent. This role involves managing data, MI, systems administration, and providing support for HR data provision across the organization. The successful candidate will deliver projects to facilitate timely testing for upgrades, ensuring uninterrupted services for end users and improving overall performance.
Technical support of other systems/processes alongside the SuccessFactors suite will be provided, working alongside IT to analyze and maintain the impact on downstream systems. The role also involves supporting and undertaking data management and production, as well as projects within HR services to ensure data is kept up to date regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead HR inputs to projects and system changes/implementations to facilitate timely completion and realization of objectives.
- Workload planning and process improvement to enhance the quality of data, systems, and processes.
- First-line support and defect management to resolve issues efficiently.
- Reports/analytics to interpret MI requirements and provide insightful reports from a business context perspective.
- System access requirements and management of shared folders and HR SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors suite.
- Knowledge of data, MI, and systems.
- Project management and governance skills.
- Financial acumen.
- SAP system and reporting tools knowledge.
- Ability to identify and manage system issues.
- Experience with SuccessFactors suite configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- HR environment experience and knowledge of HR processes.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrable passion for excellence in continuous improvement and quality.
- Microsoft Office applications skills, specifically Excel.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues.
- Data extraction, reconciliation, and hierarchy structure understanding.
