About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Care Manager to join our Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington Chelsea team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our discerning customers across central London.

As a seasoned care professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring an outstanding experience for our customers and their families, as well as our Care Assistants. Your expertise in health and social care, combined with your management skills, will enable you to drive quality improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care services to customers.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with our Registered Managers to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
  • An additional £300 per on-call weekend (limited to one each month).

Requirements
  • Qualifications in health and social care, with a management qualification desirable.
  • Proven experience in care management, with a focus on quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
