About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales planning, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Lead the sales efforts and manage client relationships in the removals and storage sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales techniques
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training and mentoring
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management within the removals and storage industry
  • Strong sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve objectives
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
  • Flexibility to travel within the region and occasionally work outside normal business hours
