Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote

Salary: £25,000 + Profit Share Bonus Scheme

Job Summary:

Nurseplus is a leading healthcare recruitment agency seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the provision of staffing solutions to clients in the private healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as primary client contact, recording expectations and facilitating communication to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to promote brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Provide clear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients, and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of workers, clients, and service users to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the commercial team to understand and communicate business offerings, and assist neighbouring branches when needed.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License: Essential for travel to client sites.
  • Business Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a passion for business development and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the care industry advantageous, but not essential.
