We are a leading company in the beauty and grooming industry, and we are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Salon Account Manager. This field-based role will cover the Southwest region, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships with hairdressing salons and barber shops.
**About the Role:**
As a Salon Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with salon and barber shop clients. Your role will involve not only maintaining existing accounts but also identifying and onboarding new customers to expand our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Provide expert advice to customers on the effective use of our products and services.
- Support customers in growing their business by offering tailored solutions and business development tools.
- Distribute marketing materials and promote new products and sales promotions to clients.
- Facilitate customer participation in events and meetings.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through regular visits, prompt fulfilment of orders, and efficient resolution of any issues.
