Advance is looking for Support Partners in Camborne, Cornwall to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn and develop their skills. The role involves supporting customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and cooking meals.

As a Support Partner, you will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be required to drive a customer's vehicle to access the community. You must have a full UK driving license and be literate and numerate in English.

The salary for this role is £16.35 per hour inclusive of holiday pay or £14.59 per hour exclusive of holiday pay.
