Senior Digital Sales Manager

We are looking for a Senior Digital Sales Manager to drive our e-commerce growth and deliver a seamless online customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in an e-commerce/digital marketing role, with a strong analytical approach and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and e-commerce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform BigCommerce and 3rd party integrations
- Ensure the website is kept up-to-date, including navigation, banners, new products/brands, category pages, and technical documentation
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to improve website performance, customer engagement, and sales conversions
Requirements:
- 4+ years in an e-commerce/digital marketing role
- Ambitious and commercially astute
- Technically minded, with a problem-solving approach
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
What We Offer:
- Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 40 hours a week (8.30am to 5pm)
