Customer Service Insurance Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Insurance Advisor to join our team at Markerstudy Group. As a Customer Service Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their queries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers to assist with policy queries and resolve issues.
- Guide customers through the process of making changes to their policies, including name and address changes.
- Use product knowledge and customer service skills to resolve customer complaints and offer solutions.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized support.
- Support customers who are unable to complete our online journey.
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm policy details.
- Manage team diaries and inboxes to ensure efficient communication.
- Contact customers regarding missed payments or debt and support with financial difficulties.
- Support customers through the claims process and policy cancellation.
About You
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a positive approach to problem-solving. You will be self-motivated, driven, and resilient, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Working Hours
The full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a 7.5 hour shift with an unpaid lunch break and one in three Saturdays between 9am-1pm.
Training
Training will be held in a local hotel full-time for the first 3 weeks, followed by remote training with Hub days booked in at least once a month.
Working From Home
You will need a broadband upload and download speed of at least 5 mbps to work from home effectively.
