About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including Lidl's private label products and services
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and merchandise is presented in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
