Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Torquay Station. As a key member of our stations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling tickets, and ensuring the safe and efficient dispatch of trains.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sell tickets and other products, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the safe and punctual departure of trains, following correct dispatch procedures.
- Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience at the station.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the station.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Basic numeracy skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
